SEADICE ("we", "us", "our") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information in the iOS app "Tengu Mountain" (the "App").

Information You Provide (Stored On-Device)

The App uses the free-text description of your struggle or ambition that you enter to generate a tengu mountain match and explanation. This information is stored, together with the generated result, only on your device (via local app storage) and is not permanently stored on our servers.

• The text you enter describing your struggle or ambition
• The AI-generated match result and your saved match history

Sending Data to AI

To provide the matching feature, the App sends the text you enter to Anthropic's Claude API, which generates the result. The submitted content is used only to process that request and is not permanently stored on our servers. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle data sent to their API.

Automatically Collected Information

The App uses Google AdMob's advertising SDK, which may collect the following information needed to deliver ads.

• Device type, OS version, and language settings
• Advertising identifier (IDFA)
• App usage data (ad impressions and taps)
• Approximate location (estimated from IP address)

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the App's features (mountain matching, lore and lesson explanations, etc.)
• To deliver targeted advertising through AdMob
• To investigate and fix bugs and improve the App

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases.

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Your input and saved match history are stored only on your device. To delete this data:

• Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on your device

6. About the Generated Content

The mountain matches and legend explanations provided by this App are general reference information based on documented tengu folklore and do not guarantee the precise practice or beliefs of any particular shrine, temple, or region. This App is not a substitute for guidance from a local community, shugendo practitioner, or long-standing family tradition.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13. Users under 13 should use the App only with a parent or guardian's consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
