Suiseki Stone

SEADICE ("we", "us", "our") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information in the iOS app "Suiseki Stone" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Information You Provide (Stored On-Device)

The App uses the free-text description that you enter - such as your stone's shape and where you found it - to generate a suiseki classification and display recommendation. This information is stored, together with the generated result, only on your device (via local app storage) and is not permanently stored on our servers.

• The stone shape and location description you enter
• The AI-generated classification result and your saved collection gallery

Sending Data to AI

To provide the classification feature, the App sends the description you enter to Anthropic's Claude API, which generates the result. The submitted content is used only to process that request and is not permanently stored on our servers. Please refer to Anthropic's Privacy Policy for how they handle data sent to their API.

Automatically Collected Information

The App uses Google AdMob's advertising SDK, which may collect the following information needed to deliver ads.

• Device type, OS version, and language settings
• Advertising identifier (IDFA)
• App usage data (ad impressions and taps)
• Approximate location (estimated from IP address)

2. How We Use Information

• To provide the App's features (suiseki classification, collection gallery, etc.)
• To deliver targeted advertising through AdMob
• To investigate and fix bugs and improve the App

3. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases.

• Sending your input to Anthropic (Claude API) to provide the AI classification feature

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Your input and saved gallery are stored only on your device. To delete this data:

• Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on your device

To request deletion of data collected by AdMob, please contact Google in accordance with Google's Privacy Policy.

6. About the Generated Content

The suiseki classifications and display recommendations provided by this App are general reference information based on traditional suiseki conventions and do not guarantee the precise classification, value, or authenticity of any particular stone. This App is not a substitute for consultation with an experienced suiseki collector or appraiser.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not directed at children under 13. Users under 13 should use the App only with a parent or guardian's consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
