SEADICE ("we", "us", or "the developer") sets out this Privacy Policy regarding the handling of personal information for users of the iOS app "Omikuji Zodiac" ("the App").

Information You Provide (stored on-device)

The App uses your entered birth year for the reading. This information, together with your results, is stored only on your device (SharedPreferences) and is not permanently stored on our servers.

• Your entered birth year
• AI-generated results (fortune grade, love/work/health readings, etc.) and your history

Data Sent to AI

To provide the fortune feature, the App sends the zodiac sign calculated from your birth year to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your reading. This data is used by Anthropic solely to process that request and is not permanently stored on our servers. Please refer to Anthropic's privacy policy for how they handle this data.

Automatically Collected Information

The App uses Google's AdMob advertising SDK, which may collect the following information necessary for ad delivery:

• Device type, OS version, and language settings
• Advertising identifier (IDFA)
• App usage data (ad impressions and taps)
• Approximate location (estimated from IP address)

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing app features (omikuji readings, history, etc.)
• Delivering targeted ads via AdMob
• Investigating and fixing bugs, and improving the App

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not share your personal information with third parties except in the following cases:

• When sending your zodiac information to Anthropic (Claude API) to provide the AI fortune feature
• When you have given your consent
• When required by law

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Your input and fortune history are stored only on your device. To delete this data:

• Uninstalling the App will delete all data stored on your device

The omikuji and fortune results provided by this App are entertainment content inspired by traditional Japanese culture. They are not based on scientific evidence and do not constitute medical or professional advice of any kind.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under the age of 13. Users under 13 should only use the App with parental consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as necessary. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
