Inari Fox Guide

SEADICE ("we", "us") sets out this privacy policy regarding the handling of user information in the iOS app "Inari Fox Guide" (the "App").

1. Information We Collect

Information you enter (stored on-device)

The App uses the free-text wish you enter to generate your shrine match. This information is stored only on your device (via SharedPreferences), together with your match history, and is never permanently stored on our servers.

• The wish text you enter
• Your AI-generated match results (shrine style, symbolism, etiquette) and history

Sending data to the AI

To provide the matching feature, the App sends the wish text you enter to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your match. This data is used solely to process that request and is not permanently stored on our servers. Please see Anthropic's privacy policy for how they handle this data.

2. Purpose of Use

• Providing the App's features (shrine matching, symbolism explanations, match history)
• Investigating and fixing bugs, and improving the App

3. Disclosure to Third Parties

We do not disclose your personal information to third parties except in the following cases:

• To provide the AI matching feature, your input is sent to Anthropic (Claude API)
• With your consent
• When required by law

5. Data Storage and Deletion

Your input and match history are stored only on your device. To delete this data:

• Uninstalling the App deletes all data stored on your device

6. About the Match Results

The shrine matches, symbolism explanations, and etiquette guidance provided by this App are for reference and entertainment purposes based on general Shinto and Inari-worship tradition, and are not an official or exhaustive guide to any specific shrine. Please follow any posted rules at the shrine you actually visit.

7. Children's Privacy

This App is not intended for children under 13. Users under 13 should only use the App with parental consent.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may revise this policy as needed. Material changes will be announced within the App or on this page.
